Welcome to our family
Our overall goal at the end of the day is to enable every individual to participate in their activities, roles and tasks of everyday life... what they need to, want to and are expected to do. We add enjoyment, empowerment, choice, fulfilment, growth, satisfaction and opportunity to individuals lives.
About Us
Enhanced Life Occupational Therapy is a private, mobile paediatric OT service on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We visit your child in their occupational goal-setting, whether this is at their school, home or community, in order to ensure optimal goal achievement.

As Paediatric Occupational Therapists, we are fully committed to providing you with the best treatment and ensuring that your care is at the centre of our practice. This provides us with an opportunity to enhance your life, whether that be improving handwriting, dressing, balance and co-ordination or offering advice on the latest adaptive equipment available to further improve the quality of your everyday life.

Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy is a person-centred health profession where health and wellbeing is promoted through occupation. We break these occupations down to self-care, productivity and leisure. We promote occupational engagement through remediation, modification or adaptation factors. Our overall goal is to enable every individual to participate in their activities, roles and tasks of everyday life…what they need, want and are expected to do. We add enjoyment, empowerment, choice, fulfilment, growth, satisfaction and opportunity to individual lives.
Paediatric OT
Paediatric Occupational Therapy focuses on helping babies, children and teenagers with cognitive, physical, sensory and other challenges that enhance a child’s independence in their everyday life. With the use of current evidence-based strategies, we help these clients develop skills to grow their confidence, improve general well-being and increase self-esteem.

Mission, Vision, Aims, Values
Our overall goal is to enable every individual to participate in their activities, roles and tasks of everyday life... what they need, want and are expected to do. We add enjoyment, empowerment, choice, fulfilment, growth, satisfaction and opportunity to individuals lives.
