Welcome to our family
Our overall goal at the end of the day is to enable every individual to participate in their activities, roles and tasks of everyday life... what they need to, want to and are expected to do. We add enjoyment, empowerment, choice, fulfilment, growth, satisfaction and opportunity to individuals lives.
About Us
Enhanced Life Occupational Therapy is a private, mobile paediatric OT service on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We visit your child in their occupational goal-setting, whether this is at their school, home or community, in order to ensure optimal goal achievement.
As Paediatric Occupational Therapists, we are fully committed to providing you with the best treatment and ensuring that your care is at the centre of our practice. This provides us with an opportunity to enhance your life, whether that be improving handwriting, dressing, balance and co-ordination or offering advice on the latest adaptive equipment available to further improve the quality of your everyday life.

Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy is a person-centred health profession where health and wellbeing is promoted through occupation. We break these occupations down to self-care, productivity and leisure. We promote occupational engagement through remediation, modification or adaptation factors. Our overall goal is to enable every individual to participate in their activities, roles and tasks of everyday life…what they need, want and are expected to do. We add enjoyment, empowerment, choice, fulfilment, growth, satisfaction and opportunity to individual lives.
Paediatric OT
Paediatric Occupational Therapy focuses on helping babies, children and teenagers with cognitive, physical, sensory and other challenges that enhance a child’s independence in their everyday life. With the use of current evidence-based strategies, we help these clients develop skills to grow their confidence, improve general well-being and increase self-esteem.

Mission, Vision, Aims, Values
Our overall goal is to enable every individual to participate in their activities, roles and tasks of everyday life... what they need, want and are expected to do. We add enjoyment, empowerment, choice, fulfilment, growth, satisfaction and opportunity to individuals lives.
Fulfil every child's potential
Every child who is referred to our service is referred with the purpose to improve. Therefore we make it our mission to ensure that they reach their maximal potential. We have pride in our role to support your children to live their lives to their best ability including in areas such as play, school, and self-care. Every child is their own superhero and we are here to support them to discover and unlock their superpower!
Engaging with the team
We believe that engaging with the children's multidisciplinary team and key individuals in their life is truly important to get a true picture of their life so that we can together support them with the best possible approach. This may include their parents, siblings and wider family, pre-school/school teacher, Doctor, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist and Play Therapist.
Mission
Individualised programs
Enhanced Life Occupational Therapy provides a service to meet the needs of every child who is referred to us and parent, school or organisation who contacts us. We believe that all children will benefit from accessing Occupational Therapy. We provide early intervention services that give positive and lasting support to children that can help set them up for the rest of their life.
